Between November and January, Velocity is offering a huge 20% bonus points on manual transfers and auto redemption – but there’s a catch
For three months, Velocity Frequent Flyer is offering 20% bonus Velocity Points on manual and auto transfers from participating partners.
The bonus points offer kicks in when Velocity members manually transfer points at least once in November, December and January – or switch on auto transfer across the same period – across a huge range of participating credit card and hotel loyalty programs.

Here’s what you should know about the offer.
How does the offer work?
For manual transfers
Velocity members will receive 20% bonus Velocity Points when they manually transfer eligible points from Participating Partners to Velocity into Velocity Points at least once each calendar month, for three consecutive months, between 1 November 2023 and 31 January 2024.
Bonus Velocity Points are then calculated as a percentage of the base number of Velocity Points received after a transfer from eligible partners.
For example, Amex Membership Rewards transfers will earn 1 Velocity Point for every 2 Membership Rewards points transferred. That means I would earn 1,000 Velocity Points by transferring the minimum 2,000 Membership Rewards points (plus an extra 200 Velocity Points on top with a 20% transfer bonus).
For auto redemption
Meeting the offer criteria with auto redemption is somewhat easier, with only one transfer required.
Simply turn on Auto Transfer with participating partners any time between 1 November 2023 – 31 January 2024 to earn 20% bonus Points on all transfers made during the promotion period. Participating partners include:
- ANZ Rewards
- ANZ Business Rewards
- Bank of Melbourne
- Bank SA
- NAB
- St George

Hi there,
To clarify, so the bonus point will not show when I transfer my reward point, for this instance is a Suncorp reward point but only be added by Velocity themselves after the point has been transferred. Is it right?
Thanks
I was having a look at the FAQ section of the velocity offers page and noticed that ANZ rewards are listed as a participating partner for an additional 5% bonus bonus points.
Just wondering if there’s anyway to clarify that this means ANZ reward points will total a 20% bonus?
Hi Annie, thanks for your question. The only products eligible for the additional 5% under this promotion are the American Express Centurion, Platinum Charge, Platinum Business and Rewards Advantage Card. ANZ Rewards members receive a 15% bonus. You can find this information in Velocity’s May Transfer Campaign Terms and Conditions located at the bottom of the offer page.
