IHG’s latest fast-track promotion takes the hassle out of achieving elite status this year
IHG One Rewards has released another fast track offer that gives members the opportunity to climb the status ladder and enjoy elite privileges until the end of 2024.
Simply register for the offer before 30 April 2023 and complete your stays within 90 days.
Under this officially sanctioned offer, members will essentially earn either Gold Elite or Platinum Elite status with no more than a handful of stays.
Arguably not much of a challenge at all, you’ll have three months after registering to stay just two nights at an IHG hotel and thereby unlock Gold Elite status.
Platinum Elite privileges, however, could be yours with another three nights.
If you’re already a Gold or Platinum Elite member, registering for this promotion could still be an easy way to maintain your elite status until the end of 2024.
Do this before the end of April, and you’ll have your Gold Elite or Platinum Elite privileges until December 31, 2024, so there’s some real incentive for loyalists here.
How to take advantage of the offer
You must be an IHG One Rewards member to participate in the fast track promotion.
You’ll have to register for the offer by 30 April and complete your qualifying nights within 90 days.
Once registered, you can expect a confirmation email shortly after with a link to book a stay. Simply click that ‘Book now’ link and you’re on your way to elite privileges.

What’s the catch?
Some promotions seem too good to be true, but there are only a few minor things to be aware of when it comes to IHG’s fast track offer.
To qualify for the status fast-track, nights must be booked directly through IHG or the hotel’s website. The room must also be paid for, with the room cost exceeding 30 USD per night.
It’s also worth keeping in mind that rewards nights or stays paid for with points and cash won’t count.

IHG has 17 brands across 6,000 destinations to choose from, with an IHG brand for every traveller, we think it’s likely you’ll enjoy obtaining Gold or Platinum Elite status with this offer.
While Hilton Honors and Marriott Bonvoy have recently pushed out similar fast track offers, we’re still yet to see Accor give its members a short cut to elite status this year.
