St.George Amplify Signature Card (Amplify Points)

Enjoy flexibility with Amplify Rewards
Amplify Rewards is designed for those who appreciate a flexible points scheme, with points transferable to leading airline schemes including Velocity Frequent Flyer, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and Malaysia Airlines Enrich.
There’s no need to lock yourself into a specific airline frequent flyer program. Rather you can accumulate Amplify Rewards points until you have a specific redemption in mind.
Amplify points transfer to frequent flyer points at a rate of 2:1. As such, the bonus point offer of up to 200,000 Amplify Rewards points over two years is equivalent to 100,000 Velocity points or KrisFlyer miles.
Here at The Champagne Mile, we value Singapore Airlines Krisflyer miles very highly. Why? They can be used to redeem for exceptional Singapore Airlines business and first class flights. Award flight availability is generally very good, with minimal taxes levied.
Alternatively, you can transfer your Amplify Rewards points to Velocity Frequent Flyer. The full bonus points are enough to redeem return business class flights from Sydney/Melbourne to Nadi.
Here are some other ways you could consider using 200,000 Amplify points via Velocity:
- Return flights in Virgin Australia business class from Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Gold Coast to Auckland (71,000 Velocity points)
- Return flights in Virgin Australia’s ‘The business’ between Sydney/Melbourne and Perth (71,000 Velocity points)
- Ten one way ‘zone one’ economy flights, covering routes like Sydney to Melbourne, and Melbourne to Adelaide (78,000 Velocity points).
Fees and charges are payable in addition to the points redeemed. Point redemption is subject to airline T&Cs and availability.
You’ll earn up to 200,000 Bonus Amplify Rewards Points over 2 years when you apply for the card by 22nd May 2019 and spend $12k on eligible purchases each year. Eligibility criteria, fees & charges and terms & conditions apply.
