To celebrate the launch of Rex’s domestic jet services between Sydney and Melbourne, Rex is offering never seen before business class fares for just $199 and economy fares from just $49.
The sale will see Rex seek to carve out a slice of the fiercely competitive Sydney – Melbourne market as they commence services on the route from 1 March.
What’s included?
The $49 fares include free 23 kg check-in and 7 kg carry-on baggage, with on board refreshments included. All passengers on 1 March will receive a commemorative certificate and a gift pack.
Booking dates
The special sale fares are available for Rex’s Sydney to Melbourne services during the month of March. Flights must be booked by the end of February.
Refund and cancellation policy
In good news, all fares booked during the promotion are covered by Rex’s COVID refund policy, which guarantees full refunds for any flights affected by COVID, even if Rex’s flights are not affected.
Rex Deputy Chairman, the Hon John Sharp AM, said, “Most taxi rides to the airport cost more than $49. This is a wonderful opportunity for travellers to get between Australia’s two biggest cities on a whim to get over the COVID blues.”
