Hungry to know more? Let’s dig in (literally!)

How many points can I earn?

Qantas Frequent Flyers will earn 100 points per person, per booking – here’s how:

To earn Qantas Points, Frequent Flyers will need to make reservations through the Qantas Restaurants portal on Qantas.com and the Qantas app (so that your booking can be tracked).

You’ll then be taken to the Quandoo booking platform where you can peruse restaurants all over the country and world. There seriously so many on the menu – the hardest part is choosing!

Further bonus Qantas Points are even on the table for bookings made at certain eateries, thanks to a relatively new partnership with Seagrass.

To earn even more Qantas Points by dining, Qantas Frequent Flyers can scan their Qantas card when paying the bill. Doing so will see frequent flyer foodies enjoy the following points:

  • 3 points per dollar spent at premium venues including 6HEAD, Hunter & Barrel and Meat & Wine Co
  • 2 points per dollar spent at Ribs & Burgers and Italian Street Kitchen

Plus, keep an eye out for yummy bonus points promotions. In the past, Qantas has offered double points on bookings made through the Quandoo booking portal – a not-to-miss offer for frequent diners!

Members can, of course, also maximise Qantas Points earn when paying the bill on a Qantas Points earning credit card.

Too sweet? Here’s the catch

The Quandoo offer is quite straightforward, but there are a few points to take note of, the most important of which being that you must login via Qantas Restaurants so your session is tracked when you complete your booking on the Quandoo site.

Booking tracking will then expire after 30 minutes, so don’t get caught out by taking too long to choose. If the 30 minutes has passed, simply log in again to be safe.

It’s also worth noting that you won’t receive points for any no shows on the booking and that the 100 Qantas Points usually make an appearance in your account within seven days of dining.

More information about dining via Quandoo (including full terms and conditions) can be found on the Qantas Restaurant booking portal.
