IHG One Rewards has launched a new global promotion allowing members to earn a stack of points every two or four nights.
The offer allows members the choice to register for either 2,000 or 10,000 One Reward points until the end of August.

IHG One Rewards members can elect one of the following options under this promotion:
- Earn 2,000 points with every 2 nights (at participating properties)
- Earn 10,000 points with every 4 nights (at participating properties)
What to know
The main thing to be across is that you must register for the promotion stay between 6 June and 31 August 2023 to be eligible for the bonus points.
The pre-registration period for all IHG One Rewards members ends on 5 June 2023, but you can also register during the promotion period.
You’ll need to choose which promotion you’re opting in for at the time, so be sure to change any preselected option before registering.
Aside from the promotion period, there’s quite a lot of flexibility here, with pretty much any paid stay over US$30 satisfying the eligibility requirement.
The stays needn’t be consecutive wither, meaning you’ll earn 2,000 points after two nights, or 10,000 points after 4 nights even if the stays are broken up.
The number of bonus points you can earn is theoretically limitless too, with bonus points being applied after each two or four eligible nights.
As such, eight stays between now and the end of August could earn you an easy 20,000 Reward points.
The fine print
IHG One Rewards’ current offer is quite straightforward, but there are a few things to be wary of.
The main thing is to make sure you register for the offer that works for you, as this will ensure you earn the greatest number of points possible.
For example, if a member registers for the 2,000 points promotion, they can only earn points under that offer, and won’t be able to register for the 10,000 points offer if they end up staying four nights or more during the promotion period.
It’s also worth noting that stays booked using rewards nights or ‘points & cash’ won’t be eligible for the promotion (neither will bookings made through third-party booking sites).

Summing up
IHG One Reward’s current ‘you choose’ promotion could be a good way to rack up a stack of points on stays this winter.
We’re happy to see there’s no need for consecutive nights, making this quite an achievable promotion to leverage.
