Digging into the terms and conditions

While Officeworks does not state it, customers may be met with resistance to price-matching international-based merchants or those that are exclusively online. While there is nothing specific within the PBG itself, be prepared to accept ‘no’ if management is unconvinced of your claims.

The price matching policy regarding volume is stated as a ‘reasonable retail quantity’ – your guess is as good as mine as to what that may be, but don’t expect an Officeworks price match on a pallet of goods or any office consumption volumes.
