Qatar Airways has unveiled the new Qsuite Next Gen business class product, redefining travelling in comfort.
Featuring fully customisable Quad Suites; Companion Suites in window aisles; 4K OLED manoeuvrable in-flight entertainment (IFE) screens; along with increased space and privacy in each suite, the game-changing Qsuite Next Gen promises to set a new standard in business class travel comfort.
The reveal of the ‘Qsuite Next Gen’, at the Farnborough International Air show 2024 offered visitors a glimpse of the future of business travel with the Skytrax World’s Best Airline for 2024.

Visitors were also able to explore the airline’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, as well as experience ultimate luxury and aircraft performance with Qatar Executive’s Gulfstream G700, of which Qatar Executive is the first commercial carrier in the world to operate this aircraft.
Cabin features
Qatar teases improvements on almost every aspect in the cabin, as well as introducing a new concept in “Companion Seating”. Here are some of the improvements travellers can expect to experience:
Be entertained
The redesigned Quad Suite is now equipped with movable 4K OLED Panasonic Astrova IFE screens – a first for any airline in the world. Screens can be repositioned to the side to create the largest social and productivity space in the sky for up to four passengers in the Quad Suite, and up to two passengers in the Companion Suite.
Comfort
Expect to see new marble finishes and seatback materials.

The Quad Suite has also been enhanced with increased space for dining together.
Flyers may also experience a new Companion Suite – Similar to the Quad Suite, but by the windows, allowing for two facing seats for a couple to dine together.
Keep control
The Touchscreen Passenger Control Unit has also been revamped for ease of use, along with increased personal control of ambient light settings.
Enjoy privacy
Taller, digitally controlled dividers have been added for enhanced privacy.
Spread out comfortably
With larger lie-flat and double beds, the new Quad Suite will also offer the 5-star Qatar Airways turn-down service with a dedicated ‘Make My Bed’ feature.
Store more, safely
A below counter, customer controlled PIN-code draw for valuables has been included.
So how can we sample the The Qsuite Next Gen?
Expect to see it progressively featured on-board the Qatar Airways Boeing B777-9 aircraft by 2025.

There is no doubt that Qatar has scored a goal with this announcement and we can’t wait to sample this new product, flying into Europe in 2025.
This product puts Qatar ahead of the pack, including Etihad’s Dreamliner business suites.
